Brotha Lynch Hung is in the top 3 of my favorite rappers. He's a Sacramento based rapper. his rap often talks about horror and the Garden Blocc Crips; in which he used to bang for but now he just reps. his first album was "24 Deep" made in 1993. hes still rapping today he just dropped another album called "Dinner and a Movie". I don't think he gets enough credit for being a Sac Town O.G. so ima drop sum links
